Interaction Design Volunteer (Remote)
We are excited that you are interested in volunteering with A Drop in the Ocean / Stagona in Greece for our new remote volunteer opportunity in Interaction Design.

Volunteer Tasks
Create engaging interactive videos based on prewritten scripts for young audiences, educators, and the general public
Review and familiarize yourself with the EmpowerED toolkit materials
Participate in online meetings to discuss tasks, progress, and project updates
Translate video content from English into Norwegian
Upload completed work, feedback, and materials to the shared online platform within agreed deadlines

Competences & Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
Experience using video editing platforms
Educational background and/or experience in interaction design, graphic design, or related fields
Experience volunteering and/or working in formal or non-formal education programmes
Experience volunteering and/or working with people on the move
Flexibility and adaptability regarding project needs and scheduling
Fluency in both English and Norwegian
Ability to work effectively in culturally and linguistically diverse environments

About Dråpen i Havet
Dråpen i Havet improves the daily lives of people forced to flee. We provide direct and immediate support inside and outside refugee camps and advocate to increase the attention on the situation for people forced to flee their homes. We distribute necessary items such as clothes and hygiene items. We also provide non-formal education and activities to support psychosocial well-being and build a sense of community and belonging.
